Remember the days when everything had to be scriptural? Everything had to be biblical. You could do nothing unless it was supported by the Bible.
You needed a verse for everything. There was no direct, spontaneous experience because everything had to be filtered through the Bible first. It's taken me a long time and a lot of courage and practice to get beyond that. But I'm proof it can be done!
