My greatest challenge is being present.

Being here now.

Outside my head and in my body.

I know it's a universal human problem. But for me it was seriously exacerbated by a religious culture that trained me to be in my head and not in my body by elevating the intellect and neglecting and even punishing the flesh.

It's taking me a lifetime of practice to just be present. Fully present.

Including during times like this.
