The Peace My Church Promised Digital Cartoon

The peace my church promised never came until I left it.

This is true for many of you.

Not exactly for me.

In 2009 I had a profound mystical moment that finally brought me the peace of mind I'd always sought.

I began sharing my story about it.

That's what got me into trouble.

I left the ministry and the church one year later.

Do any of you get what I mean?
